Many years ago, my parents Elena and Mike had window coverings done by Cathy and Micheal. I also got my window coverings done at my home in Caledon more than ten years ago. When we built our new home in Erin six years ago; all my windows were done once again by Cathy and Micheal. They are an amazing team: Cathy's excellent advice on what to choose and Micheal's precise installation skills is what sets them apart from other companies. I highly recommend them!!

Took me a long time to find someone to help me with the plumbing products, specifically the inside parts for the toilet that keeps coming out and they gave me the wrong size but the good is that it was easy to exchange and when they saw me a bit upset, the chief plumber came and matched the parts I needed with a big smile even though I acted out...I felt like I need to say a good word about them :)

Exceptional Customer Service.
We have 20 plus blinds which we purchased from this store over 20 years ago. I recently had a minor problem with one blind. I took this blind to the store looking for advice. The store took my blind and sent it out for repair, which was done at no charge and back to me in 4 days. This is outstanding Customer service !!!

I found the wallpaper that I've been looking for at the very reasonable price and didn't need to wait to pick it up. I got it, went home and my room got a new cozy look in 3 hours. A couple of rolls left were returned with no questions asked.

We decided to get some zebra blinds done by Window Fashion Depot in 2018 for a couple of windows and a patio door. All went well at our place in Vaughan from the Measurements, explaining the details, choices and we even took the blinds installation since the price was fair. Will be calling back for more window coverings. Highly Recommend Alon !! His overall business acumen is excellent.

When the string used to raise and lower our Hunter Douglas blinds broke after 30 years of daily wear and tear I turned to Sunshades. The owner of the shop promptly understood my problem and with a few pictures she sent the supplier, the replacement was ordered. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Despite the fact she was leaving on a trip later that day, she called to confirm that my request had been placed. I feel she went beyond the call of duty.
