I've never taken him anything he couldn't fix and he keeps his prices down. Last time I took my laptop to him and it turned out the problem was me. He explained very thoroughly and taught me the correct method. Then he didn't even charge me for his time. And I had not felt rushed at all. This guy is honest, knowledgeable, personable, and capable.

I’ve needed both a Macbook year 2022 screen replacement and iPhone 14 camera repair, both of which BC Gadgets Device Repair has serviced with great care. I was referred to them by neighbors, and emailed to inquire about my first repair. They were communicative and included all relevant info in our emails, so I felt informed and confident when coming in. They’ve always been quick and so courteous. We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. We did not have to buy a new computer. Dirk & Steve are good at what they do and are very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them for computer issues. Rose & Peter Sargent

After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.

Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!

I really like this location. But there needs to be more movies. Not just the latest releases. But like the older stuff. And I’m not talking about bargain bin DVDs. Like. 2017-2018 stuff. Would be nice. They shifted focus to just new releases. And the super old stuff from like 1995-2006 etc. So. It’s so hard to find good movies you haven’t watched because they don’t stock them in stores. Mostly now focus on appliances and home systems. Which is sad as there isn’t a whole lot of places to get DVDs

2. very time efficient in correcting the issues that have plagued them
3. very cost effective
