Initially we used John for the front lawn.He always does an excellent job and comes on a regular basis.We started using his services for the snow removal a couple of years ago. Conestoga Contracting came to my house for a spring clean up. I was so pleased with their knowledge and professional services. Its the most detailed fine spring clean up Ive had at my home. I live on 6 acres and have not been able to keep up with the maintenance. I contracted them to continue with the summer and fall maintenance and have not one complaint. I also had a few large trees on my lane way that I wanted cut down, the owner came out to look at them himself and had the job completed that week. I highly recommend them for their great quality and service.

Had front of garage concrete badly deteriorated from salt etc. BMC removed 3 feet of bad concrete and did a fantastic job of repair - looks amazing. Also replaced black top driveway. Constantine and his crew had a tough job to do but did it very well and where courteous and friendly. I can easily recommend BMC as a good choice for concrete and paving work.

I have stopped in to this small and un-assuming bar in the bus terminal a few times, as I have a friend who works there. All in all, it's a great place to hang out for a few drinks, watch the game or just unwind after a long day. There are always quite a few friendly "regulars" there, and by the time you leave they will be your new friends! I first expected to see more downtown "riff-raff" hanging out there, but that doesn't seem to be the case at all.
Transfers has a pretty basic menu - sandwiches, pitas, caesar salad, nothing too exciting, but everything I have tried has been exceptionally good and the prices are VERY reasonable! For example, my last visit I had a Gyro pita with fries, and it was huge and delicious and only $5.99! Definitely a good value there...it is also worth mentioning that their fries are fantastic - I do not usually eat fries (don't like them) but these were great! I hear the poutine with real cheese curds is out of this world.
If you find yourself at or near the bus terminal with some time to kill, I would recommend stopping in for a drink or three and some food. The ladies that work there are all very nice (I realise I am a little biased here as one of them is a good friend, but it's true) and the atmosphere is fun and laid-back.
The only drawback is that the only (free) parking is on the street...sometimes there aren't any spots, and even the parking lot you have to pay for is sometimes full as well. Not a problem if you're taking the bus I suppose.
