Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. I've dealt with Remy in the past and all my service needs were met on time and if not a rental car was made available for any delays. Overall fantastic

I have had many treatments at MD Aesthetics and I am so thrilled with my results. I've had Botox, IPL, Clear and Brilliant and more. The entire team is absolutely amazing... Had a problem with my A/C unit and a wireless thermostat. I say had a problem, since Bill was able to trouble shoot the issue over the phone at no cost!
I had changed out my old thermostat when it died and replaced it with a wireless thermostat and my A/C wouldn't fire up
Called Bill and explained the situation. He was able to trouble shoot the problem over the phone. Turns out the "Y" wire from the thermostat had broken.
If I ever need an HVAC guy ever again, this is the person I will call

Great place for guys or girls. They seem up to date on all hair styles and they attempt to teach you how to duplicate what they did so you can do it yourself. So far always a great haircut. At first I thought this was just a womans hair salon but I found out that each hairdresser is required to take courses to improve their craft and some of those courses are in mens cuts and styles. Excellent work here. I also often get a free coffee which is a bonus.

I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. Rachel and her team offered the most outstanding customer service today. Not only did they take their time to make sure the sizing was going to be the best solution for me for my own ring, when she heard the second ring I was sizing was for my daughter's birthday, she put a rush on the job so that I would have the ring in time for her birthday!!
Rachel answered all my questions and her team took their time making sure that I was well taken care of. Bravo!

Great experience with Brad and Roy on a drain scope, I felt bad because unforeseen circumstances extended the time frame, but they didn't charge extra. Would give them a 5 but their machine had some glitches and the audio failed to record, but at least they showed up.

I’ve yet to have a bad experience here. Both the physio staff and massage therapists are fantastic and very attentive to your needs and abilities. Since being in my accident they’ve been nothing but amazing and offer such tremendous support. Even with such things going on in the world with COVID-19, they’ve still managed to work around this pandemic while taking every precaution to ensure patient safety. I have had shoulder and neck issues for a long time and because I travel a lot I have tried many clinics in many cities. That makes me a good judge when it comes to these services (maybe i should quit my job and become a pro critique. lol) anyways, I've had chiro (dr. rabi) & massage (hilary) sessions at altima and happy with both. i usually ask many questions but they always take their time answering me. also kudos for booking my appointments back to back (huge time saver)

I brought my B Class RV to Krown (Oshawa, Russet Ave) to have them apply rust protection to it. As I had special needs due to piping, tanks, and electrical systems which are located under the RV, I was apprehensive about spraying rust protection to these systems. Krown employees listened to my concerns and after a discussion they applied the rust protection to suit my needs. I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I would recommend them to any vehicle owner.

I decided it is time to start preserving my vehicle and get Rust Proofing done. I called this place and they were so friendly. When I arrived for my appointment they were well organized and welcomed me by my first name! I was very impressed that the man (who's name I do not know) was so courteous and professional. They did a great job on my car ( I was able to see them do the work through a glass window). After they rust proofed my car they gave it a quick wash, which I was not expecting. I would recommend this location, hands down! I will be going back yearly.

Their mailbox service is far cheaper than Canada Post's PO Box service, and doesn't restrict shipments from certain couriers that don't ship to PO boxes. You get a Suite no. with bussiness mailbox services (great price), and this makes your address look more elegant and professional as a business. Any printing services are available at the location, as well as fully serviced UPS packaging and shipping.
I highly recommend this location of the UPS store. As a busienss expense the mailbox service is small and helps separate business mail and all those bills and invoices from the big enough pile you have to deal with from your home address.
