Exceptional staff! I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at West Grande Prairie Dental. The front end staff are extremely helpful and good with explaining procedures/ helping book appointments in a pinch (especially Ataya). The dentists/hygienists/assistants are professional and friendly! Highly recommend!

I wanted to share a story...Hank(8) had his first filling the other day. I didn’t talk to him much about it before the appointment. I didn’t want him to start getting anxious about the needle. Dr Fehr and her lovely assistant( sorry, spaced her name) were so FANTASTIC with him. He felt so at ease thru the whole process. They spoke to him soft and sweet and laughed at all his jokes.?. When it was all said and done he didn’t even realize that he had had a needle to administer the freezing.

Compared to the Edmonton brokerage also insuring the property, his communication was clear and concise and he followed through on what he said he would do. I would highly recommend this brokerage! I had to switch Dental Clinics and am glad I did. I had a dental emergency, and Northern Dental Centre was able to get me in right away. Dr.Rami and the Team are very welcoming and caring. They set up the clinic to make patients comfortable. Due to my schedule constantly changing unexpectedly because of the type of work I do, I could get an option that would support my work schedule. Honest, to the point, not pushy, does not sugar coat things or try to make extra money if something is not needed.
The only recommendation is the front end office staff could be less judgemental and friendlier, but that has nothing to do with the quality of the dentist.
5 stars, will be going back.

Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle. Complete recovery (exceeded expectations) and can't say enough!

Staff is amazing, my first time dealing with them I was definitely not the best customer with the best attitude, but the staff stayed very professional and powered through my horrible attitude and words and still gave me amazing service, been coming back ever since and never once treated less than amazing, today I went in with destroyed glasses and they went to great lengths to get my sight back and gave me a phenomenal deal on a temporary solution, I would definitely recommend these guys
