Brian and Terry gave us outstanding service, we don't know what we would have done without them! Just before the ice storm our septic was plugged. They came to the rescue within an hour and a half and pumped our septic tank. It was still plugged internally but Terry spent two full days through ice, sleet and rain to determine the root cause. The second day, the roads were extremely unsafe but with his perseverance and determination he arrived to finish the job. We highly recommend Brian and Terry! Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing.
