I wanted to thank Gordon H. Service technician for Cambridge area for doing an excellent job of replacing my sump pump. I received same day service from Hy Pro following the September rain storm. Gordon went above and beyond. He even helped pour my bucketed water into the sump pump basin. The new pump was well tested. Thanks for helping out and relieving our anxiety over our mini flood. Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing. Very prompt service. The technician Todd was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Our main drain was clogged with an excessive amount of grease buildup and needed to be cleared and hydro scrubbed. It was a big job and they had all the proper equipment. They also made time to replace to faucets for me that I had supplied them with.
Both technicians wore their masks at all times and were very respectful of social distancing due to COVID.
