Okay, we were completely and thoroughly amazed by the customer service, the friendly staff and the immpecable rooms and grounds. Not only was this place a wee bit more expensive than perhaps the other hotels in Salmon Arm, but hands down, it was worth every penny and I would stay ONLY here when I come now in the Summer. Seriously, whoever designed this place should get an award. The grounds and pools are the kind you find in a 5 star resort in the Mayan Riveriera...go here, you will not regret it. My husband & I stopped in at this Kal Tire location to have a tire checked on my new vehicle before continuing home from our vacation at Paul Lake. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Nick made sure that there was no damage to the tire and that the pressure was correct. We were pleasantly surprised when he said there was no cost. I was traveling from out of town and had my check engine light come on in my Ford F150. The truck was not accelerating well. The Kal Tire representative checked the truck and oil level, and said it appeared a sensor was needing to be replaced. One was ordered overnight, but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, so they removed the new one and replaced it with the old sensor and didn't charge me a dime!
