I saw Chad for multiple visits for what ended up being diagnosed as a right hip labral tear. He helped me with strengthening, pain reduction, and range of motion, so much so that I was able to resume exercises that I couldn't attempt in months. I'm so grateful for his help and could not recommend his services more highly.

Have loved going here for the past 3 weeks. I had become so frustrated, feeling like my upper back pain would never go away despite being only 26 years old. However in the past few weeks, Dr. Homer has greatly improved my back pain to it basically being gone. I expect at this rate to be pain-free in the next couple weeks and I couldn’t be more happy and relieved. Thank God I found Dr. Homer!

I had terrible pain in my back. I could not get out of bed. I was screaming in pain.
As you know, when you get older, it takes longer to recover.
Coming here was like a miracle. After only one session my pain was gone. Something I didn’t expect to happen so fast.

Guy goes above and beyond as a trainer!!. I started working out with Guy as a way to become stronger after having back surgery. Guy taught me how to train properly with better technique so I won’t injure myself again. As a trainer Guy goes out of his way to accommodate your needs and abilities. He went as far as researching Dragon boat techniques to help me train for the sport and spent time learning how to adapt the exercises during my pregnancies. I would highly recommend him!!

Not only was Faz dedicated to finding the root causes of my body aches, blockages and pains but he showed patience and paid close attention to what my body needed. Initially I went through a sort of shock when he started with the actual massages, but after a second visit my body was much more relaxed and could enter easily into a meditative state. He has also left me with homework so to speak, small stretch routines, etc. I can tell his intuition is transactional with all clients and I look forward to working with him more in the future.

After my wife’s fall and fracture, I went into this marvellous store stressed out about what equipment I needed and where to find it at a reasonable price. They had everything, in stock, for purchase or rent, including things I had not yet discovered I needed. Rollators, commodes, wheel-chairs, grab-bars... in various sizes and prices.
And they understood my situation! I found I could breathe again!
