Came out in the morning and found I had a flat tire. Sam and his team took care of me in under an hour. Plugged the tire on the spot in and out within 10 mins. Very efficient and friendly service. Only waited 35 mins to get my all seasons put back on and for a decent $30. Waiting room has coffee, donuts, free wifi and television to watch while you wait. Tire exchange done by appointment and they were ready to go as soon as I arrived.

On top of getting good customer service on choosing the tints i wanted... there was a waiting room with leather chairs, a.c., a tv to watch any movie or show, free Wi-Fi. As a new customer, these are things that make me want to recommend and refer to any of my friends and family. Everything was very smooth from the moment I came and until the moment I left.

I had a remote starter installed here in 2020 in my truck.
My battery died and the remote would not work any longer.
Took the truck in (without appointment) and Scott had working in just a few minutes (without charge!)
Old fashioned customer service? ...I like it!
This is about the 4th or 5th starter I have had Autosonics do and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

My daughter attends university in Guelph. She was experiencing problems with her truck so I called Howie at Autosparks. He asked if my daughter could drop the truck off to which she did. About an hour later Howie called me here in Toronto and explained what the problem was and quoted me a very reasonable rate to fix the problems. He actually over delivered by going out of his way to do a full vehicle inspection and give me the report! His honesty and knowledge keeps us as his customer. His service was timely and the price very reasonable.
