I have been taking my car to Handford's on Wharncliffe Rd. in London for 30 years. I telephoned Kevin recently about needing a new battery and he immediately sent two guys over to boost my car, and take it in for a new battery. The car was then returned right away. From the start to finish it only took 30 minutes. I continue to be very impressed with the service they give me.

We were told by another store the shifter could not be fixed on our older bike (old but expensive back in the day) therefore the bike was junk. Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. My daughter attends university in Guelph. She was experiencing problems with her truck so I called Howie at Autosparks. He asked if my daughter could drop the truck off to which she did. About an hour later Howie called me here in Toronto and explained what the problem was and quoted me a very reasonable rate to fix the problems. He actually over delivered by going out of his way to do a full vehicle inspection and give me the report! His honesty and knowledge keeps us as his customer. His service was timely and the price very reasonable.

I had a remote starter installed here in 2020 in my truck.
My battery died and the remote would not work any longer.
Took the truck in (without appointment) and Scott had working in just a few minutes (without charge!)
Old fashioned customer service? ...I like it!
This is about the 4th or 5th starter I have had Autosonics do and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I purchased 4 new snow tires from the Horton location. I had checked out the reviews on the Canadian Tire website and found that the original snow tires that I was going to buy were not as good as I thought. I found a review on a different brand and decided to purchase them instead. Wow....they are awesome. I feel so safe in my car now and can drive anywhere no matter if the roads have slush, snow or ice.
