This is a great old-fashioned personal small scale business where you get to talk to the owner and feel like you've made a trusted friend, though I'd never met him before. Ron came out and looked over my trailer as soon as I told him about the problems, called me the next day as soon as he did a thorough inspection, found and solved the problem in the most inexpensive way possible, and had the work done quickly and expertly. I highly recommend this business.

Think the person who gave you only one star must have been playing an April fools joke-letter written April 1. I have always found your prices quite competitive and sales staff available and willing to assist. The store is also usually clean and tidy. I definitely will continue to shop here.

This is the best store for many things to buy and we always got good service and the quality is good. I buy all my garden needs, small appliances, dog and cat food and stuff, household cleaners etc. Everything is always available and priced well.

I was blown away to the point of tears today :) I am so extremely happy with the service I received from Keith and all his coworkers at the leckie location in Kelowna BC! I was expecting to have to pay over 800.00 for a new set of tires due to one discontinued blown one :( but upon arriving to the shop for pick up.... Keith informed me of the most beautiful surprise of being able to fix it all at NO COST!!!!! What an amazing, wonderful experience! I'm feeling very blessed :) thank you!!!!!

They quickly responded to my online quote request for 4-new tires, while 2 other companies that I requested online quotes from never bothered to respond. Darren and his crew went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase and installation of the new tires, including lowering the spare tire on my 4-Runner to check and adjust the air pressure. I walked into the store for the first time and was greeted by a lovely dog named Abby. The two guys (Rich and Russ) that own the business are totally hands on. When you go in you talk to them and they are always there to run the show. They were able to help me out when I first bought my bike and were more than happy to help me when I needed it serviced. I can't say enough great things about the store and the feeling you get when you walk in! Thanks for keeping me excited and helping me with all the aspects of my riding!

My 2004 sti has been serviced at Classified multiple times; every experience being a positive one. They do honest work at affordable pricing. It doesnt matter if you drive a 1991 Toyota Corolla, they are happy to work on it.
My Subaru has been using a classified tune for 3 years, absolutely zero problems. Its a rock solid tune.
