We stopped at this climbing gym on our way through town last night. The facility is really nice and the staff was wonderful with me, my wife and our two little girls. Being inexperienced climbers, she gave us an excellent lesson on how to use the equipment and how to be safe etc. Great facility with great people would highly recommend.

I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.

One usually does not go to a hospital to be entertained. Couple of days ago I had hernia surgery. Met everyone involved on a first name basis and shared quite a few laughs. The Surgeon, Dr Kanji, greeted me like I was his long lost friend. OR staff, awesome but lights out. In recovery Armand (SN) excellent funny and courteous. From first contact to Darcy’s follow up after completing was an amazing experience. Very professional, timely, and quality workmanship. I have been going to La Jolie since they were at the St Paul St location. The office setting is extremely professional. Jacquie is a perfectionist. She is not happy until your procedure is perfect. All costs associated with your procedure are fully and clearly explained up front. All after care procedures are clearly explained before you leave the office. I go back every year or two as I am fair skinned and use a lighter coloured ink, therefore it fades a bit quicker than the darker shades
