A fantastic restaurant. The service was top-notch. The waiter was incredibly knowledgeable and was a wealth of information when questioned. They were attentive to our every need and ended up making for what has got to be a world-class experience. I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend joining organization. It is the best in the city and affordable. Lire plus

This discussion had reinstated my confidence in continuing our business relationship with them. Shawn was very honest and sincere in helping us through our catastrophic financial disaster. I was in the salon one day getting my hair done, and noticed the gentle kind way they attend to the senior clients, they threat the elderly like the would there own family, guiding them to the wash basin, with the arm out for support, helping them up and out of chairs!, they are always saying Hi and good bye or Thank you to each client., I felt welcome and will be a faithful customer , anyone who treats people like they do is a sure place to be satisfied !
