We have always bought our glasses at Eyewear Experts and been happy. Last time I needed new glasses I listened to some say to buy at another place that was cheaper. It was about 100.00 cheaper but I was never satisfied, the quality and service just was not the same. I came back to the place that I know does the superior job and the staff are great. Very thorough, non-rushed eye exams. Great customer service both during initial purchase and adjustments. Not being rushed very important to match new prescription, unlike the last set of “big box store” purchases my family has made. We will be back.

Horrible customer service . I bought a glasses for my child , they confirmed the delivery in 3 days - no news for a couple of days later - after calling couple of times , the lady was so rude and she just said they are busy and cut the phone while we were still asking her questions ! Really pathetic customer service .

I have been going to North Shore optical since my doctor told me I could benefit from reading glasses. The staff is hands down one of the friendliest staff I have ever met! My eye doctor tried to pressure me into buying glasses from his connected store but it made me feel uncomfortable and the glasses were sooooo boring! I'd seen North Shore optical on the street before so I thought I give them a try and boy I wasn't disappointed. I had this idea of big 80's style frames something big and comfy they didn't have exactly what I wanted but they took me through a catalog and showed me the perfect pair , they were so knowledgeable and patient! It actually seemed like they cared! Instead of the regular do you like any of these...No? oh well try some where else then. If you want to have a great optical experience hands down I cant recommend them enough they really know their stuff!

This is one of the most amazing eye glass shops I have ever been to . The customer service is above and beyond amazing. The greeted me with warmth and kindness as soon as I entered the store. . the eye exam was done with great care and they took their time to ensure the prescription was accurate, I did not feel rushed or pressured. they provided a tray of treats and they had caramel candies, my favorite. I walked out the same day with the glasses I needed.

I went in here to have my sunglasses fixed. I purchased the sunglasses at Nelms. The pin would pop and the frames would fall apart into two pieces. Nelms took 3 months to replace the pin. So I went elsewhere when it popped again. The lady at Green Eyeware was delightful. She came up with an idea for a more permanent fix. And it work. Great one on one skills. She treated me like a person and not a customer. My new go to stop for all eye ware.
