This is the best service I have ever received and I am in my sixties. Having visited your store twice in the last week I was amazed by the caliber of service we received. Stellar. Excellent Service! We had a whole list of paint colors to look for and sales person Mandi found everything for us so quickly, she really knew her stuff! She made some fantastic paint suggestions and advice on wallpaper. It made our visit a breeze and this store was open an hour later than the others until 5pm.

Family ran and owned, staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Someone came in with limited English while I was waiting and staff was very patient and helpful to the gentleman. They changed my license plate, screws were “sealed” to my car, it took no time. I tried to pay them cash and they refused, so I am writing this review instead!! I would bring my car there 100%. At the Lethbridge Home Depot today, we bought several components to make cabinets. Unfortunately, we don't know the name of the great lady who helped us. She lifted some very heavy boxes, climbed up on a ladder to get some very hard to get other packages we needed and overall was very helpful and courteous. We want her and her supervisors to know what a valued employee she is so I hope someone there recognizes this particular purchase. Thanks again!

I stupidly pinched a hydraulic hose and required their services. They manufactured a new, and superior, hose in less than fifteen minutes.
While I was waiting I explored the store and found it to be festooned with unique, useful and wonderful items. (I did not know such a place existed locally!) It is a toyland for adults and I was hugely impressed.
They better get used to my face because I will be back anytime I need difficult to find hardware or tools.
