John Fase is a very knowledgeable and caring professional who helped with this life changing event. He was able to shed a light on many aspects that were new to me. Since it's a family business John took pride in doing a great job since it's his family's reputation on the line. When my cat became ill, they fit her in immediately! We were so worried, but their professional really helped. The staff handled the covid precautions seamlessly and cautiously. Communications were excellent. They also didnt gouge me on fees. Never had a better vet experience in 40+ years of pet ownership!
