I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. The only negative is its sometimes hard to book appointments because theyre so popular. I guess thats what happens when youre good. Loved using the legpress machine attached to bungee cords (sorry Andrea, Im sure I butchered the name of that piece of equipment!)Lire plus

Harp is an exceptional physiotherapist. I have seen him for years now and he always gets to the problem and gives me relief or mostly complete resolution. Once things are under control he always leaves it up to me when I need to come back. Many times I have seen physios that get you coming back unnecessarily for week and weeks. Harp is on top of my past issues - he is very professional but also very personable. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting excellent care for physical issues.Lire plus
