Well organised, prompt, friendly and excellent service. The cat spay went very well, on time & there were pages of after care to implement at home, and post surgery complications to watch for. The cat was ready and waiting when I arrived to pick her up. Great experience!

Every single person in this office is amazing! I have never been happy leaving the dentist before and for the first time in my life I did. Dr. Fawzi is very patient and takes the time to explain everything so that it is easier for us non dental people to understand. The two girls at the front desk are some of the nicest people I have ever met. I’m so glad I found this hidden gem!!

I will see Dr Parks again! He helped me diagnose my cat and helped me through the decision to have to put her down. His people skills are amazing. Then when I brought my other cat in today for her checkup he is the first vet that has ever seen inside her mouth. He was patient and calm and it was nice to see someone who cares so much for their four legged patients. I will continue to take my pets here as long as he is there for them.

I have been taking my cats there for years. Dr. Sherry Van Boxtel is the best and she took such wonderful care of my cats and treated them like her own. She is amazing. The rest of the staff are fantastic too. If you need a vet this is the place to go.

As much as I would like to keep this to myself so the whole city does not line up for blocks, I have to say that Dr. Basha and his staff are 2nd to none when it comes to patient care. They are kind, patient, informative and go the extra mile to make sure you and your fur babies are looked after! We have brought our girls Mylie & Hannah here several times and they love visiting Dr.Basha! Prices are very reasonable and service is outstanding. Try them! Simply the best!

I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. I do not where to start, this clinic does not only give the best service and care, it's way beyond so. Very knowledgeable staff and techs. They are doing an expansional job. Dr. Hany Naguib an amazing Vet, they way he treats the pets and their families as if it is his own. Gives you the best solution for the treatment, reasonable cost. never felt that there was any push for extra treatment unless it's really needed. Saved my dog's life twice :-)

I can't say enough good things about this clinic. As an owner of a cat who's only turning 6 years old this month but already has needed an eye removed, all of his teeth removed and he's currently on a feeding tube... They have been nothing but amazing for me. Dr. Stretch an his staff are all wonderful people and I'm very fortunate to have them. Very compassionate and I know compared to other clinics they have saved me a lot on money... I'm forever grateful.

I have been going to Hermitage Veterinary Hospital since 1994, I have seen several of their Vets they were always very friendly and very good with my dogs, in the last 4 years I have been dealing more with Dr. Purcell, in my opinion he is one of the best Vets I've ever had, very friendly and thorough and always goes above and beyond for my dogs, as he always says he considers them his boys as well. I was given 2 options for my cat's care which I really appreciate because I like to wait and see before heading into any procedure. I'm super impressed by this clinic! Highly recommend.
