I spoke Brandon today about a tire we needed repaired and he was extremely helpful and kind. I cannot say enough about his kindness and how compassionately he treated my son and myself. Huge shout out to Brandon and the whole team at Kal Tire Acheson. I will, from now on, buy all my tires, personal and business, from the Acheson Kal Tire. We were introduced to Stony Plain Eye Centre during a field trip to their office by my kids' playschool, and have been patients ever since! Excellent customer service, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctors are great with kids! They even have a "kids day" in the summer where the kids can enter draws and win prizes! Highly recommended!

Someone here had sold me the wrong size printer cartridge, when I went back to return it without the receipt they gave me store credit. Being stubborn i wanted my money back so I went to my house to find the original receipt. Although I had bought the product more than 1 month ago the staff there made accommodations for me so that I could get back what I felt I deserved. All in all, I wasn't the easier customer of the day but not once did they make me feel like my issues weren't valid. Thanks!!
