Just one word "Flawless" yes that's what this team means. They were courteous, professional and also funny. I absolutely loved their attention to details and transparency in billing process. Timely updates and ease of communication ?? loved it. I would definitely recommend checking with Craftsman Collision before heading out to other body shops.

My profession deals with car accidents every day. I had my bumper repaired at Abby Collision and I must say, it was a seamless and pleasant experience. No waiting...and Danny was such a pleasant man, just happy to help smile and all. Mike was also very helpful in taking the time out to explain what may be the issue with an unrelated leak. Courtesy car, quick and proper repairs, a very nice wash, and helpful hard workers. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing a body shop. A+.

Ten years ago we needed body work and painting. We were extremely satisfied with the work then. Last week we had someone hit the back end of the same vehicle. Hit us so hard left the imprint of the licence plate complete with the Honda licence frame. Our car needed a new bumper and some of the parts holding the bumper on. Omg, never received this great of service from a repair shop. Not only did the manager, Nav Goyal, arrange for a suitable rental to match my car, he even stayed long after business hours to make sure I could pick up my car when it was ready. I highly recommend this place for getting your car fixed.

The estimator was professional, thorough, helpful and empathetic through the obviously trying time of losing a car. He attentively listened to the story of my daughters collision and did a comprehensive look-over of the damage. He produced a detailed computer report. Without telling us what to do, he noted that even if it was repaired, there could be hidden damage. All this helped us make a decision about the car.
