Called for service in the morning with leaking furnace and a representative (Brandon) came to the house just after lunch. Introduced himself and inspected the furnace. Happened to be a back up of condensation from the AC coil. Inspected the coil cleaned the drains and checked subsequent operation. All was good and just need to watch it in the future. Provided me with cost estimates for a new coil and new on demand water heater for future reference. Very professional and recommend! Thanks

Matt came to my house on a Saturday afternoon and was able to fix my Napoleon Stove. He was able to convert it from LP to NG and then set it up and get it working. Other guys I called were not interested in doing the conversion suggesting it would be a difficult fix. Matt had it all done in 2.5 hours and his price was very fair, plus he works clean which was very appreciated.

Being a male, I waited till 32c before calling around for A/C. 4 big heating and a/c companies in Edmonton raised their pricing cause I was in a bind. Finding Comfortable Home Systems saved me. Talked to Barb and the next day a service tech Manny was out. It was like Manny was working on his own home, did the work with pride! Price was great and didn't try to up sell me like the others.

This is a fantastic company. They are really reasonable and what is even better is that they are very thorough and do an excellent job. It doesn't matter how many vents you have and they will show you how clean your ducts are with their nifty camera. I have used them twice and they have always done and excellent job. I live out of town and they were willing to come out at no extra charge. I highly recommend them to clean your furnace, dryer vent and air conditioner.

Had them come and replace the blower fan in my furnace. For a chain these guys are pretty good. Showed up on time, the technician was very knowledgeable. Their markup on parts is quite high but I was very happy with the service otherwise.

Called a few other companies to compare pricing as well as work provided. Justin Time explained what they would be doing and if there would be any increase in cost where it would come from. Gave me a "ball park" rate and I was happy to find out that it was very close to the quote. Very pleased with the service, cleanliness and attention to detail from the workers. Every experience I had from Modern Power Vac was a great one. When I first called into the office to make the appointment, the woman I talked to on the phone was very informative and answered all the questions I had adequately. When the technician showed up at my home, he was also very informative. He explained what the total cost would be and how the cleaning would be done prior to me committing to anything. He then took a good couple of hours to complete the whole home duct cleaning.
I called Modern Power Vac because I had completed some renos in my home and now after the cleaning has been completed, there is no residual dust at all! I will be definitely calling them in the future, not just after completing renos!

Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I know where we'll buy our next furnace.
