Peter provided great advice preparing the house for listing, assisting in final touches , showing and selling the property. Peter's sound assessment allowed for ease of sales negotiations and his advice and knowledge allowed for a smooth closing. Peter's knowledge, motivation and experience where exceptional and informative through out the whole process. I don't think I could have found a better realtor. Amit was a great realtor and was very helpful in the purchase of our home. He was very professional and thorough and catches the little details you cannot imagine. In structuring our buyers agreement, he made sure he was detailed in our conditions (much like a lawyer), which greatly helped when we had a dispute with the seller (and was quickly resolved due to Amit's great writing of conditions).
