I have been calling every heating company that I could find to come and fix my furnace as I have no heat and small children. Harris Mechanical provides excellent service. He installed our gas hot water tank last fall quickly and efficiently. He repaired our refrigerator 4 yrs ago, which is running well, no problems. He also came out within 30 minutes of calling to diagnose and help fix our frozen water well when the temperature was below -45C and he was slammed with service calls. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and offers solid advice.

Had them come and replace the blower fan in my furnace. For a chain these guys are pretty good. Showed up on time, the technician was very knowledgeable. Their markup on parts is quite high but I was very happy with the service otherwise.

Kelly arrived to install our new kitchen sink, as a part of a kitchen counter replacement. He was fast & efficient; sink looks great! We asked him to return to run a water line to our (relatively new) refrigerator: the ice maker had never been connected to a water supply. It was a complicated job, made more difficult by the lack of info in the Samsung installation manual! Done like dinner by Kelly;we know who we're going to call for plumbing services from now on!

I only received a dollar value from the other companies, while Murv took the time to examine everything thoroughly, and seemed more knowledgeable about the work. He made recommendations on improving air flow and efficiency that the others did not, and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand.
