This is a good company. They delivered prompt service, professional workmanship and positive attitude.
We had no heat for 2 days, 22nd and 23rd of December this year. I called a different company but they did not come as they said. I had BC Care Heating phone number from my neighbor with a nod. They came, brought back the heat, fixed the venting - main cause of our problem and gave my daughter a hi-five. Our family appreciated their service. They are our Christmas saver. Thank you very much

This company demonstrates the true meaning of “customer service “. I recently had my hot water tank replaced. Their price was $300. less than their competition. They wore booties and put down a large drop sheet that covered my carpet. I’m on my own so it’s important that I feel comfortable with any trades coming into my home. Kevin Goosen and his two tradesmen were extremely professional.
Kevin made me a custom water catchment tray for under my new large hot water tank that he brought with him which was very much appreciated. The other two tradesmen who did the gas line and the plumbing did an outstanding job. I could tell that all three of them knew exactly how to do a job properly. I can honestly say that I was extremely pleased with Class A Heating and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was having an issue with my furnace and couldn't diagnose it. I called Meer Mechanical and they had someone out to my place within a day. The tech had to show up before and after his scheduled shift in order to fit me in. There was a slight discrepancy on the invoice re: the time the tech was at my house. I called John the owner and discussed the bill with him. He made it right and was concerned about my satisfaction as a customer. Rare to find that in contractors these days.
