This company demonstrates the true meaning of “customer service “. I recently had my hot water tank replaced. Their price was $300. less than their competition. They wore booties and put down a large drop sheet that covered my carpet. I’m on my own so it’s important that I feel comfortable with any trades coming into my home. No scruffy, long haired, grubby men here. Also their truck was clean - you can tell a lot about a company from the condition of their vehicle. 5 stars plus!!! Ella

Aston team installed two furnaces, heat pump and instant water heater. My good experience started from the moment when Patric came by and down the road including all the installations and fixing some minor issues with my heat pump which survived my massive home renovation. Last night our hot water tank went out! I called Complete around 9:15 Saturday morning and they were at our home 20 minutes later.It doesnt get any better than that.They quickly diagnosed the problem.It was a switch that had been tripped.I wasnt even charged.This was the second time we have used them,and I would highly recommend them!

Kevin Goosen and his two tradesmen were extremely professional.
Kevin made me a custom water catchment tray for under my new large hot water tank that he brought with him which was very much appreciated. The other two tradesmen who did the gas line and the plumbing did an outstanding job. I could tell that all three of them knew exactly how to do a job properly. I can honestly say that I was extremely pleased with Class A Heating and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I picked Ian's company randomly - looking for help to relight a pilot light on the hot water heater at my family's cottage at Cultus Lake. Friday afternoon on a long weekend. Brett from Evergreen plumbing is the best plumber in the lower mainland hands down ! He was recommended by a mutual friend and I could not be happy with the work that he did. The plumbing to convert my unfinished basement into suite was without a doubt the most difficult and complex part of the renovation. Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. We smelled gas when our Raypak gas boiler cycled on. Fortis found 500 ppm carbon monoxide reading and unburned gas so turned off boiler. Repair company believed that it was a problem with the manifold but our plumber felt it might be the gas jets needing cleaning. We called Boilers and Beyond for a second opinion before authorizing purchase of a new boiler. Rahim answered immediately, came on w/e, identified three separate problems & fixed them all. Genius! Awesome response. Hire him!

Received a telemarketing call and decided to try their service as I had been disappointed with previous companies I had used. The technician was 30 minutes late but I soon forgot about that as I was so happy with how informative and hard working he proved to be. Perfect service during which he even fixed a pilot problem at no extra charge and replaced my filter also. A few weeks later I hired another technician from Best to do my vent cleaning and I think this photo speaks for itself! Would definitely recommend these guys!

I recently have had the pleasure of meeting Peter and Mike I had received a phone call offering furnace servicing, although they were kind on the phone and the special was good I declined there offer. Until recently when my furnace light went out and i had no heat. I got in contact with them and they offered to come out for free and diagnose the problem. They arrived on time, were very polite and respectful of my home they took off there shoes and put shoe covers over their socks. It turns out my pilot light had burnt out and they suggested having the furnace serviced which i agreed as it hadnt been done in sometime. They cleaned everything, nothing like the cleaning my furnace had received a few years prior.Like i said on there customer comment card I would definitely recommend Mike and peter to anyone. :)

I was having an issue with my furnace and couldn't diagnose it. I called Meer Mechanical and they had someone out to my place within a day. The tech had to show up before and after his scheduled shift in order to fit me in. There was a slight discrepancy on the invoice re: the time the tech was at my house. I called John the owner and discussed the bill with him. He made it right and was concerned about my satisfaction as a customer. Rare to find that in contractors these days.
