Very impressed with the front desk checking all Covid-19 documents, along with proof of IDENTITY as well as phone number. Food was delicious. Whoever is running the kitchen knows what they are doing. Very enjoyable experience.

resturant was good, staff not so friendly seems like their in a rush to get rid of you, kids loved it their were other families with kids as well so noise really was not an issue, wish they had a indoor playground for the kidlets though. Drinks are free refills which is great, price wise is fair for the family

Great place to eat and great service. Been there 3 times in the past 2 weeks. I guess there going through change of ownership. Amazing to me how rude people can be. One of the times I was there I was standing in line and some lady was saying she had been waiting an hour. I had walk in behind them and she told the server that she was waiting for over an hour. I had been there for 20 minutes. They held the door for me when we all walked in. Maybe they should have went to McDonald’s.

I love this place. You can't beat the house salad. The food and atmosphere are also great, however there are a few seats which are really poor, some almost sit you in the washroom the other sits you in the kitchen

We arrived in Kingston for a hockey tournament and searched for a restaurant that was able to accommodate a group of 40, half of which were kids. The owner together with his staff welcomed our team and did an amazing job. The kids had a great time, the service was the best we've seen from any east side Mario's, and they did a great job on the food. Hats off to the staff and the owner for going above and beyond! We'll be back for sure.

While waiting for our food, my husbands sugar crashed and he felt horrible, sweaty, shaky, dizzy.. the staff noticed something was wrong and immediately sprang into action. They offered orange juice and some ice for his neck.... by the time he felt better we didn’t want to eat... they packed up our food and the manager took care of the bill. They went over and above... now that’s customer service! Thank you Kelsey’s for turning a bad experience into a good one!

Went there with our 4y.o. son. Service was absolutely great, friendly, fast! Salmon was a vit overcooked but overall experience great. Would highly recommend. Dessert looked better in real than on the picture and was delicious!
