It was a foggy Friday 'nite & RIGHT after seeing the first 02 reviews, I ventured out w' my dog. Luckily it was not packed. I met 02 regulars & they said the place is usually packed on Fridays--maybe the fog is keeping them away. Can you believe this guy has been here for over 30 years & I thought I had tried each and every fish and chip place in Mississauga. One previous review commented on the excellent batter and I thought, no way, batter always has an after taste....nope....no after taste. I told the cook if I feel like driving this far again, I will be back, fer sure.

The food is always great here. It's basic pub food plus wonderful salads and a few more imaginative items. The chicken wings are delicious.
Have been here many times over the past 5 yrs and never had a bad meal.
The patio in the summer is beautiful too, the admosphere inside the restaurant is a bit cramped.

Came to this place with a few friends and I thought it did taste good, minus the waiters accidently putting ice cream on my apple crisp, it still was really good. Mandarin is a really excellent place to eat a buffet. They are really kind to you and free refills (water, coke). They give you these mint candy after your visit for free. If you tell them that it is your birthday, they give you a cake piece, sing the happy birthday song and a free picture. Also, they have decorations for you to enjoy and they keep the place very neat.
I like how they make food and name the food it’s specific name. The names also say if it is sugar-free, and if it is spicy. They have specific rooms that they assign you to eat and the sign tells you what room it is (Room A, Room b .etc.).
The employes are really nice and when you come in, they make you feel welcomed (unless if the lineup is really long and people have reservations). After you are done with your food, you can just leave your plate on your table. You can get a new plate with food on it so you do not have to use the same plate over and over again.
In conclusion, you should really go to Mandarin. It is a really excellent buffet to go to. It has crab legs right now and they are really expensive to buy at a store. They have a variety of foods and make their own combinations of foods which is really good.

-Nice employees
-Free mints at the end
-Have decorations
Cons:
-Takes not too long to refill food
-Need to make reservations
-2 hour limit
-Not too many tables

The Milestones franchise has always had an excellent atmosphere and better than average food. The meals are a tad pricey but you get what you pay for.
I wanted to make a quick note about the Asian sesame chicken appetizer. It was the best chicken app. I've had in my entire life. Absolutely fantastic taste!
Service did a great job as well.

We go to the Dixon Road location and absolutely love it there. Mostly because we are served by Tanya and sometimes Christina. They are the best Waitresses there. Tanya always remembers what we order, even our drinks, every time we go there and Tanya is the reason we keep going back to that location. All the service is great and Angie at the bar is great as well. I came here with my family for a decent meal. The waitress was very nice and had good manners and wasn't rude.
The hamburger I ordered was little dry, but it still tasted okay.
The atmosphere is pretty good, but crowded, that probably me and my family came there on a weekend.
