The front desk staff, a young kind gentleman of Indian descent was very accommodating and friendly when we checked in late on oct 4th, 2017. My husband had heart surgery scheduled the following day. We ended up needing to stay for 8 nights.
The kind and friendly women in the breakfast area greeted us daily with smiles and pep.
They were very kind. We will definitely return!
Kudos to these employees!!
The holiday inn does need an upgrade in certain areas as well.
Upgrading is required!

Thanks Dr. Traczuk for such a thorough and friendly eye exam. I was nervous when you left your old location to be even more downtown that there wouldnt be free parking any more. Thank you for keeping parking free, even at where you are located. Not many downtown businesses can offer this service to their patrons. Bravo!!

Sean and his team moved our fairly large house to London from Richmond Hill, with 2-28ft trucks and a 17ft truck. We've had horrible experiences in the past with movers. I'm not sure if Sean is the manager or owner but his customer service skills highly exceeded our expectations! He was with us every step of the way and made this huge move, stress-free for our family. Sean provided a proper quote and billing there were no surprises. I hired movers for the first time to move from London to downtown Toronto and was very satisfied with my experience with SS&D. My two movers were punctual, courteous and professional. They were very efficient with loading/unloading everything and disassembling/assembling furniture. Everything was wrapped well and handled with care. It was a long moving day (and not to mention very hot), but it was made easier by SS&Ds expertise in moving and professionalism.

celled them Wednesday they delivered the box next day in the morning, it was sparkling clean floor padded with rubber easy to load. We were able to feet inside 3 bedrooms sectional and dining table with 6 chairs

I’ve had the most pleasant experience... if it can be described as that .... from Dr Rajgopal’s office staff Stef who is always so pleasant and helpful ...the intake and operating room medical team were so attentive and helpful.
