Our family doctor referred my children and I to see Dr. Michael Chu. He's the most amazing doctor; professional, informative, kind and truly cares about his patients vision care. I'm a picky consumer and he totally won me and my family over.
All our eye exams were comprehensive and detailed. The staff seamlessly moved us through the process while explaining every step of the way and answered all our questions. I left the exam with a clear understanding of our eye care recommendations and wasn't pressured into buying glasses like some other places. The staff was attentive and helpful finding us glasses and teaching my eldest child how to properly put in his contacts. I found the prices fair and reasonable for a professional modern style boutique.
Eye Class Optometry and Dr. Michael Chu exceeded all my expectations with great customer service, knowledgeable staff, cleanliness, wide range of product selection/pricing and very convenient location. I have already recommended this place to all my family and friends.

I just had my 1st visit at Rundle Dental. I cant say enough good things about the staff and how I was greeted by Murielle and her assistant at the front entrance. My cleaning done by hygienist Jayne was the most comfortable Ive ever experienced. Dr. Chen was very thorough and informative upon his examination. We purchased a villa with a old outdated jetted tub. The tub was in good working order however, the color was a dated yellow/cream color. So we looked for alternatives to give this old outdated tub a face lift! Harry was extremely organized and this crew who performed the work were very professional, punctual and cleaned up after they were done. We are extremely happy with how the tub turned out! It's like a completely new tub. I would highly and without hesitations recommend Blackstone!

I can't say enough good things about him, he understands that in treating the bones sometimes you have to treat the tissue as well. He ordered an X-Ray for me to learn more, answered all my questions and never once took anything I said bad. He did manual adjustments, acupuncture, some metal tools, a mechanical massager, and took care of some deep tissue massage. He also gave me exercises to do so I can strengthen my problem areas and stretches. Takes his time and really cares.

I recently bought a Yamaha P2500 S power amplifier from Axe Music, an amp that unfortunatlty had factory defects making it unacceptable for me... But Brad Pettigrew then took charge of the problem - a long two weeks process during wich we had to communicate on a regular basis by email - and he never let me down, managing it to have my amp replaced by Yamaha Canada ( the unit being picked up here at home, shipped to the company and the replacement one being delivered within a reasonable delay ).
