My New Lenovo screen went to black and was loudly beeping every few seconds- I couldn't shut it down nor quiet the unit. Took it immediately to A Laptop, and received immediate attention with early prognosis being the motherboard. Expecting a huge invoice, they found that the unit had a recall notice and immediately fixed the motherboard at no cost. Incredible attention, honest and receptive to quick turnaround. Strong recommend.

Our latest adventure to best buy took us on a new computer hunt. As of a few days ago our computer took its final resting place. That being said we were quick to find out that we couldnt live without our computer. This Starbucks is very quick service and staffed mostly with students. My guess is most attend MRU closeby. The location is very convenient like most Starbucks, and the coffee is always right. One time when they did make a mistake, I went back and was reimbursed for my purchase. Delicious and quick.

My MacBook Pro for a few months, it was getting slower and slower and not connecting properly. I brought it in to the shop, they looked at it for three minutes and made a diagnosis, walked me through what to do in two minutes, I went home and did it and I was all set! They could have easily told me to leave it there for a few hours and I would’ve been none the wiser and would have paid to get it fixed, but that didn’t even occur to them. Amazing service and super good dudes!

March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.

I have been having problems with my hearing for quite a while because of Tinnitus. I went to Kirkham Hearing to see if they could fix it. I was told that Tinnitus is incurable which I have been told from several specialists. After a evaluation I found I did have a hearing loss in the high tones. When fit with hearing aids the tinnitus was reduced drastically. The treatment I have had with them is remarkable and I highly recommend them to anyone I talk to about hearing problems.
