I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. These guys know there stuff. I met with Don at PCNIX and gave my HP G6 for issues with producing no display. I got a call from his boss the next day and I was told that my computer only had a loose VGA connector and it was ready for pickup. Very reasonable prices and I got my computer back nice and shiny - they said cleaning a laptop was part of their service. Best of all, no one tried to sell me anything! I like that. Thanks for getting my machine working so fast. I hope I don't need repair service but if I do, I now know where to go.

She has such a soothing manner, and she explains everything so there are no surprises.
