The customer service and the cleanliness of store is excellent and the selves are always well stocked. Bruce and Ryan have been extremely helpful to me during this Xmas season. I volunteer for the Salvation Army kettle program at this store and I have seen first hand Bruce and Ryan and the cashiers go up and beyond to help your customers. Service in the dept. that sells chicken pieces and salads has been awfull at Bedford s/s.Today at around 5.30 pm the young guy that served us was great.Let us know that our 4 piece chicken pick could be increased to a 9 piece at only 2 dollars more.He did not have to let us know this but it was much apppreciated.we hope he will be there when we return for more chicken.Well done young fella. Was in Moncton in February 2012 for business. During the course of the week ate here and the food was incredible! What I liked best is the Lobster Thermidor. Enjoyed it so much, we ate there once more that week. Can't wait to come again with friends. Service was adequate; could be improved. Same can be said of the atmosphere. Lire plus
