I had a really great experience here! The guy at the front desk was so helpful in figuring out what I actually needed and was just really pleasant overall. I didn’t do too much shopping around so I don’t know how competitive the price is but I can say the service was excellent!

I would like give huge thanks to Beth Conrod at the Bridgewater Hearing Institute. She went above and beyond her regular duties. After my appointment, where Beth was very professional and kind, she proceeded to take my situation even further by contacting the ENT in Halifax (not part of her job.) had me an appointment in Halifax the next business day and because of her actions, part of my hearing was restored. I would highly recommend Beth Conrod for any of your hearing needs, Thanks SDM

I had a very satisfactory experience with Bruce at the floral department on Thursday, Apr 9. I ordered an item from floral and the employee was more than helpful. Not only was I well informed, but the order was delivered almost immediately. I am from outside town and such great service doesnt happen every day. I felt it should not go unnoticed.
