I have been using a multi-vitamin from Shaklee for a couple of years and it has improved my health. I started on garlic pills for blood pressure and told Paul I saw no change, so he said double the number of bills, my blood pressure has gone down, no meds, I am happy. Thanks Paul and Shaklee.

I am so happy we found Dr.Chiang and his staff, they make my children and I feel so welcomed and comfortable. My children now love to go to the dentist to see Dr.Chiang. I like how Dr.Chiang understand my children are not going to be perfect robots and sit in the dental chair without asking 100 questions. He is patient and kind to my children and always answers my kids questions (no matter how ridiculous they are). He understands kids are kids.

Great staff and service at Mike and Lori’s No Frills in Brighton. I would like to commend Sean for his outstanding service. I was looking for puff pastry today and there was none. Sean checked and it was on the back but he couldn’t get it until later. I told him I would get it tomorrow. I continued to shop and he found me and brought me the product! What service! Mike the owner of Bella Notte has done a fabulous job on making such a quiant atmosphere. He has pictures on the walls of him and the generations before him and this is Italian history at its finest. I really enjoy supporting the local businesses in my neighbourhood and this one is very easy to become a regular at.
The food is amazing and is a great substitute for downtown Toronto dining. Bella Notte provides fresh food with unique flavors, it has a great wine selection, and always friendly service. You will need to expect however that on the weekends especially, it will be veryyyyy busy and the service may be slower than usual (standard for any restaurant really), so my advice to you is to purchase a great bottle of wine and enjoy the night with your loved ones. This establishment really gives you the time to enjoy your meal, wine and conversation which is not something done at your run of the mill franchises.
For a great dining experience and a taste of Italy, I highly recommend it!

Even if you are not into sushi, it is worth a trip to Kakemono!
My boyfriend LOVES sushi and although I don't mind it, it is not my favourite meal in the world. However, I love Teriyaki and the Teriyaki dishes on Kakemono's all you can eat menu are wonderful. The prices are reasonable when compared to the price you may for most all-you-can-eat places and the food was great. We will be going back in the near future!
