She's pleasantly hospitable, appreciates the clients time and is thorough as a communicator. If there are delays she relates them respectfully. Great experience with timelines set and were kept as promised, from first visit to time my car was ready. Updates were clearly communicated via text messages. Communications was excellent. At 64, I have visited a LOT of showrooms and Jonker Honda is exceptional. GM Erik will make you feel like family because you can tell this IS an old style family style business.
