I am a patient at this clinic for about 5 years and I have never had a bad experience, the doctors are professional, there is walk in clinic where there is never a long wait so if my doctor is not available I can see someone else, the location has a a lab, a pharmacy, and all sort of other specialized practices in the same building. Also, plenty of free parking.

Not sure why people are saying terrible slow service I had a great customer service experience! This is my 1st time to this location. I ordered a Grande Latte. The service was very good and staff was friendly and I received the Latte in less than 3 min and it was made perfectly. Will comeback here. Amazing location!!!

My only complaint is that they are booked up a month ahead.

Quality is great, shipping is not expensive, always comes 7 days after I submitted my order. And exceptionally great customer service (I had to call a few times there by phone in these 10 years). I have never experienced such personalized and excellent care from an pharmacy. The pharmacist took a long time counselling me and giving ne suggestions. The staff communicated with me several times to let me know that they had received the prescription, before they processed it and when it was out for delivery. The fact that they delivered for free (all the way to Alliston) was the icing on the cake. It's so rare to find such excellent customer service. I highly recommend this pharmacy!
