I've been buy my glasses from them since 2003. I know the original owner as I sold computers to him. The current owner is Wayne and he is very knowledgeable about eye wear. They sell both regular glasses as well as contact lens. They don't rush me and explains clearly to me the options I've and the advantage/disadvantage of each choice. I live in Vancouver and tried the optician near me. It constantly broke, they gave me a refund and I went back to Wayne. I learn my mistake and switched back.

I have been seeing Julie for my massage treatments for years now. I can honestly say that if I had not continued to see her I would not be as mobile and pain free as I am now. I have had treatments from other therapists sporatically over the years, and none of them are near as good as is.

I had been been online looking for my ring that was missing for 6 months . Finally found it at roaths pawn shop in surrey ..The owner an staff listened to my story story an I got it back at pawn ticket price . I’m so thankful an grateful . It meant so much to me .. I cried going out the door am home now an still crying ..it was one in a million that I got it back ..Roaths owner and staff are the the best people that I’ve ever came across ..the honesty , integrity they have in there business ..

I try and hit up Rodney's whenever I am in Van.
Located on trendy Hamilton St. it's got some serious character. Sit at the bar for a great view of the oyster shucking and some lively chat with the bartenders. Staff is friendly with plenty of personality. They have an oyster happy hour 4-6pm (if I remember correctly) where it's half price oysters. And seeing as many of the oysters and ingredients come right out of the ocean around BC the food is beyond fresh.
And in case you were wondering, this place has the best selection of oysters I have seen yet. 11 different kinds on the last visit. My favorites being Fanny Bay and Kushi. Good selection of craft beer on tap too.
