I have been to fresh canvas in Surrey twice now for a microdermabrasion and i love the experience every time I am there! The staff is so friendly and i love Sonal! I cant say enough good things about all the staff here. They take the time to listen and help you manage your care. Ive been a patient when I was pregnant with my third child and have since sustained a concussion. I never feel like Im just a number and am treated with respect, care and emphathy. Amazing Gym, they have done a great job at updating and listening to members. The facility has a bunch of trainers that all offer fantastic things. I think they gym may offer the best rates around. The staff has also improved immensely over the year.

Dr. Bob has helped me with injuries to my lower back and shoulder in the middle of two different tennis tournaments. He takes his time to diagnose the problem and offers targeted treatments that really help the healing process. Dr. Bob also gave me great advice on rest and icing with the remaining matches of each tournament in mind. Very goal oriented. I would recommend Dr. Bob to anyone who wants to get back to his or her sport safely and asap after injury.

Best to make an appointment with May in the late afternoon. The spa has a new receptionist, May, from China, who is not fluent in Japanese, only two languages. The Asian-born masseuses may not have much experience in Canada. A Japanese woman might do the affordable services or a woman from China, like Yvonne. Y Spa is a little different, which interests me.

The Heights Laser Centre is in North Burnaby and had bonus Free Parking. I live in New West and it only took about 15 minutes. I felt comfortable as soon as I came into the facility and the staff was very friendly. I had a consultation with Dr. Jaffer and decided to get an eMatrix treatment to help with my aging skin. My dark spots lessened, my skin was firmer and I looked great. I also had Botox for my crow's feet and my forehead wrinkles. My husband did not think I needed treatment, but after he saw the results, he thought I looked terrific. I will continue to go the Heights Laser Centre for all my facial concerns. They are professional, knowlegeable and very kind. I am so glad I went.
