I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. Just wanted to pass along a thank you to the wonderful staff at Action Plus. I had started a list at my desk for tasks for a student to do. On the list was Clean out microwave and Clean boot area. When I came in this morning I noticed a note from our action plus cleaning staff saying that they had cleaned the boot area.
