Seriously, best restaurant i have been to! Donatello on Elm in Toronto - the service was sooo good - made very special by our knowlwedgable server! The food - sublime! I highly recommend it! What a night!!! The lamb was perfect, and the seafood pasta in a pernod cream sauce to die for. Such wondeful hosts! OMG!They even wrote Happy Birthday Michelle in chocolate around my tiramisu. Took my boyfriend for his birthday lunch on 01 Feb and ordered off the Winterlicious menu. Each course was perfectly presented and just right, portion-wise. When dessert came, they had put a candle on his plate along with "Joyeux Anniversaire" written in chocolate along the edge. A very nice touch! Our server Chad was very attentive, polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the wine list. Will definitely return for more!! Lire plus

We come here to celebrate our one year anniversary and only because they have $1 oysters after 5pm. We figured we would have a 5 or 6 dozen and then head out to a lite dinner and some dancing. We never left Biffs. From the amazing service to having the evening manager come over to talk to us, everything here was wonderful. We ended up eating 8 dozen oysters, a bottle of champagne andtwo bottles of wine as well as the Scotch Eggs, Oh me oh my the scotch eggs here are to die for and you will not regret ordering them. We stayed for 5 hours enjoying thre ambience and each others talks. At the end of the night ( we closed the restaurant ) they brought us a complimentry dessert with happy anniversary wriiten in chocolate on it. Nice touch! I highly recommend this restuarant for dinner, business or personal. $1 oysters people! You cant go wrong. Amazing service Fresh and tasty food What are you waiting for? Make a reservation now! lol. I loved the atmosphere. Will go back to have the tuna tartare. I had some beef thing on lettuce - it was incredibly bland and for desert I had the eclair which was stale and the cream was hardened. But the atmosphere is great and for Winterlicious they have a new menu so may check it out. Lire plus
