They have been kind enough to work with me to determine exactly what I needed in the way of help, but went above and beyond in customer service. We have had a disappointment at one time, but the last couple of times we have been in Leons they have been great! The last time I wondered if my Sealy mattress would be comparable with a elevating base and the phoned a Sealy distributor to make sure and got back to us. Wow
