We hired Enrique to paint our home as well as renovate our aging wooden deck. He takes his time and doesn’t rush. When we have a question, they answer promptly, and we never had the impression they wanted to finish as fast as possible. We were extremely happy with the outcome with positive impressions from anyone who comes to visit.

We hired Another Concrete Company to fix 600 sq ft of floor that had cracked and started to collapse from the weight of a previous tenants machinery. Jimmy Gregory came in and assessed the situation with his engineer, and his crew came in the next week to fix the floor according to the engineers specs for a structural floor.
Super happy with the final work, they came in on budget, floor looks great and the warehouse is now ready for lease. Will use again - highly recommended!

I work for Westcorp and have for the past three years. I had to come and make a review to counteract the one below. I've been treated like gold by my bosses and all of the employees who also work for this company. They've given raises when due, cost of living wage increases and have always been accommodating to my needs.
There has been little staff turnover at the property I work at, which just goes to show the level of commitment they have to their employees.

Had my eaves updated after replacing the siding and Ken was able to accommodate me when other companies would not even return my calls. He made some great recommendations about the downspout locations and performed the work in a clean and efficient manner. His price was also extremely reasonable. Very pleased with his service and would recommend him to anyone.

A few years ago we made a sudden purchase of a condo. We received the possession while on vacation in Jamaica in February. We spoke to Mario prior to leaving and advised him of our needs to get the basement finished prior our tenants moving in on April 01. We need a bathroom, a bedroom, a utility room and yoga area and a living room in the currently unfinished basement. Mr. Lavender came to my home to give me an estimate the same day I phoned his company. He gave me a price to replace my water lines and sewer pipes, the price and wait time were lower than I expected. The work was completed the following week by 3 very hard working courteous young men.Sandy, Morgan and James kept going till the job was done. They ran into unexpected problems along the way but kept a positive attitude. They cleaned work areas up when finished. I highly recommend Lavenders.

Pleasantly surprised with the extra effort that was put into our finished build. Kyle beautifully finished our floors, taking the time to cut divers fir every rib in the wall so that the flooring perfectly fit all edges and ribs, creating a snug fit. Great work!
