Amazing customer service! They went above and beyond what I could of imagine even charged my battery and I went in for fuel lines. I went into Saint John Nissan to look for a new car. A very friendly, and outgoing lady met me at the door with a huge smile! Her name is Karen, and she is wonderful to deal with! If you are looking for a vehicle, she is the one to see! I had been to other dealerships before, and noone even came over to talk to me. Karen offered me a coffee right away, and took the time to find out what I needed in a vehicle. I ended up getting a used Murano. And we LOVE IT!!! I didn't even know they had used cars!
Go see her! She is GREAT!!!

I cannot express the length these people went to, making sure I was satisfied. I had some issues that the dealer had no need to fix based on our agreement. Came in late morning today, greeted right away by very nice woman, who took down basic info. Guy took my car in right away, I had a coffee. In a few minutes, mechanic asked a couple questions, then service manager described issue and said it was fixed. They charged me a very reasonable amount for this excellent service - $67. And it worked, fixing something that I couldn't get fixed in Ontario by two places. A great consumer experience! I highly recommend Fairweather Tire.
