Michael was very helpful with my problem as were the receptionists when I called on the status of my vehicle. My only hiccup was that Pinewood did not have my battery for my vehicle in stock and had to wait three days for the battery to arrive. Other than that very good service as my vehicle was a tow in.

Nita is a true gem & put us at ease knowing the car was safe with them. We were so impressed with the knowledge of the mechanic & team. I purchased a Hyundai car from True Value in mid-September. Now, in late May, the car is still in good running shape and I have no complaints. The sales guy, Steve, was quite helpful in a situation that I was not pleased to be in, having to replace a reliable car due to Ontario's unreasonable safety-inspection standards. My Hyundai was purchased at a good price and hasn't had any serious mechanical issues. Steve even offered to help me touch-up some paint scratches. Recommended.
