We hired Tim and Crew to put an addition on our cottage. We were a little worried at first because they had to live in the cottage during the construction. We had nothing to worry about! When we arrived to inspect the job, the cottage was cleaner then we had ever seen it.

The metal roof has not only given my home a completely new look but has added insulation value. For the last 2 summers I barely turn on the air conditioning, just leave the windows open, and sometimes turn on the ceiling fans. The service was excellent. The installers arrived a few days before the install and took the measurements. The work was completed in less than 2 days. Everything was cleaned up and all debris was removed. I feel I got good value and have no regrets.

We hired Alvarez Roofing for our home back in 2008. We needed to replace some of the plywood on the roof deck, get new shingles as well as deal with a sunroom which was leaking and had a very low slope. When we got our quote they explained everything clearly and gave us options that suited our needs. We were thrilled with the results and as a bonus the sunroom is much quieter now. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company with solid workmanship!

Good, honest guy who founded this one. Worked with his wife Isabel for many years, so know them to be good people. I ended up going with another roofer instead back in the 80s & sorely regretted that decision - I got what I paid for & it ended up in court. What a mess. Just wanted to say, I love my roof. I know probably most people dont get excited about a roof, but being in decorating its always nice to see some colour. My neighbours have come over and commented on how fantastic the red is. Really sets off the house. The men doing the roof were fantastic. Very polite, personable and I loved not having any nails or garbage around. If they had not been there when I got home from work I would never have known they were there..except for the red roof.
