Great place great staff. fast friendly and respectful. had both an X-ray and an Ultra Sound and both procedures were excellent. they are nice and will work with you. I was a half hour from my appointment and had a family emergency and they understood and treated me with respect and tried their best to get me back in asap. great place I highly recommend.

Consistently very helpful and I have always had excellent service. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled especially great after a visit to Emergency or after surgery at nearby Nanaimo hospital when you are not up to par. Chairs, coffee and cookies are available. Compounding services are offered. Prescriptions costs seem to be comparable to the least expensive and largest pharmacies in Nananimo.

On holiday, needed emergency repair of vehicle. Stopped at Shannon Motors, no appointment, mechanic diagnosed the problem, estimate provided, next day appointment set, repairs completed as per estimate. We are enjoying the rest of holiday thanks to the excellent and friendly service provided by the professional staff.

Absolutely amazing. First off I want to start with that my entire family has purchased from Galaxy. Second the guys in the Courtenay Galaxy are professionals although theyre like family. Danny, Andy, John, Jona, Kevin. Just a solid bunch of guys! They work their butts off to make sure you get approved even if your credit is bad. They make something work.
