Dispatcher is always friendly and professional. Ive used First a number of times and their drivers are very good. One operator, Blair just visited to get my truck unlocked, and was very quick and professional. I recommend First to people often. Kevin in Pickering

Good service, usually arrives within an hour. Im not sure why they advertise that they accept debit/credit card, every city Ive used them in only accepts cash. The $12 delivery charge is a bit steep, you can find other similar services with cheaper delivery charges. Still, all in all, a reliable company. The deliverers are always very polite. The people on the phone however, speak to you like theyre working the absolute worst job they can imagine.

Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. I've dealt with Remy in the past and all my service needs were met on time and if not a rental car was made available for any delays. Overall fantastic
