Very friendly and helpful from the first encounter. I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. Further, when I contacted him later about a discrepancy with Drivewise, he readily and quickly looked into it, rectifying the issue! He’s an outstanding Agent that goes above beyond for his clients! I had the pleasure of dealing with Pulse Motors and owner Mr. Gurgi in August 2017. I found everything about the experience absolutely top notch. The BMW I purchased is an excellent vehicle , the transaction was quick and easy, all details were taken care of and the price was outstanding. Mr. Gurgi is an industry pro and the customer service could not have been better. I highly recommend this business!

They give good, practical advice around products that best suit you, and work so hard to make sure your hair is what you were looking for. For a small business of 3-4 staff, they go above and beyond. stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to pick up some guitar strings and the gentleman working (perhaps the owner?) was so kind and personable! He helped us find what we were looking for, including letting us try on the brass slide to make sure it fit. It was too small but he advised he would be getting new sizes soon. Great experience and great store, will definitely be coming here from now on instead of the big stores like Long & McQuade.
