Ed and his staff know what they are doing. I am so happy with the service that I received to get my truck and horse trailer's electrical problems fixed. He showed me where the previous owner of my trailer cut out the fuse box and how it was a serious fire hazard in my camperized unit. Also, I was so thankful that he recommended putting a solenoid in my truck so my trailer could not draw anymore power from the truck battery when parked. He explained everything to me so kindly. Greetings, I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department. This not a complaint at all. I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business. Excellent! Great service! That brad guy doesnt know what he is talking about. He was the one that did not register and insure his vehicle and decided to come visit Sylvan for a weekend of partying and who knows what. The tow company does not drive around at random looking for vehicles to tow. The RCMP or bylaw calls them to tow vehicles that are not legal. Again, it goes back to the owner of the vehicles. I have been with this location, AB Storage South Red Deer #L072 for a few years now. They are always friendly & understanding. I have had to move three times (I'm down sizing) & they are always very accommodating. They Keep the property clean, clear of snow & ice. I have never had a problem accessing my unit. I once locked my keys in my unit & they were right there to help :) Their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this storage facility :) Lire plus
